All orders are printed to order and dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery takes 3-4 working days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Order before 20th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas for orders placed after this date.
We currently deliver to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. International delivery times vary between 5-14 working days depending on destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Because all our products are made to order and personalised with your photo, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@onjjem.com with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email hello@onjjem.com and we will make it right immediately.
