When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, delivery address, and the photo(s) you upload for your personalised gift. Payment card details are never seen or stored by us directly — these are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe.
Photos you upload are used solely to produce your personalised order. They are securely stored only for as long as needed to complete production and fulfilment, then deleted. We do not use your photos for marketing, and they are never shared with third parties except our print fulfilment partner (Prodigi), solely to manufacture and dispatch your order.
We use your name and delivery address to fulfil and ship your order. We use your email address to send order confirmations, delivery updates, and (only if you've agreed) occasional offers such as discount codes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your card details on our own systems. Please refer to Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Your order details and uploaded photo are shared with our print fulfilment partner, Prodigi, solely to manufacture and dispatch your physical product to you.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and which products are popular. This data is anonymised and used only to improve our website and service — it is not used to identify you personally.
We retain order records for as long as necessary to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded photos are deleted once your order has been fulfilled and is no longer needed for production or customer service purposes.
